1.在之前一个实名认证的账号被封禁了，账号是无法被注销的，这个人也无法去实名新的抖音号。现在抖音出了在AB账号间转移实名认证的功能，比如A账号实名后被封了，现在通过把实名认证转移到B新号上，A这个被封的账号就会变成未实名状态，再把B账号马上注销掉，个人的身份信息就会释放出来，就可以去任意实名别的账号了。
另外尝试过这个方法还需要测试一下转移实名认证后的新号，注销的时候可以直接注销，还是需要等待7天。正常来说一个新注册的抖音号，如果注销的话不需要等7天的，不知道实名后要不要等。
补充，不需要真的注销，是否要等7天最后一个确认注销界面会有提示，新号使用过转移实名的还需要实际测试。
另外，这个应该是刚刚出来的新功能，应该是管用的。有可能测试期，有些号码随机吧，后期应该会禁止永封的号转移实名认证。
